This mural is curated by Gargar Streetart festival 2023 in Penelles, Catalunya. Situated in an agricultural region, this small village faces a declining population, with more deaths than births each year. However, unlike its neighboring towns, Penelles stands out with its vibrant display of color. Gargar Festival, spearheaded by the passionate organizers Jordi and Mar, has brought over 100 beautiful murals to the village and its surroundings. Thanks to their dedication, Penelles is now thriving more than ever before.
